Body Mechanics evolved in 1997, as we felt there was a need for a more professional and holistic approach to Personal Training.
Our journey started at Les Mills in Hamilton, followed by Holmes Place Health Clubs in London. Then a few years in a commercial gym in Tauranga, set the foundation in the local market for the transition to our Personal Training Studio at Mount Maunganui in 2006.
We have developed a unique set of tools to help clients achieve their exercise goals, life balance and improve their quality of life.
First time exercisers and Olympic athletes have all benefited from the “Goal Achievement Strategies” and “Personal Wellness Programme”, that Body Mechanics have developed.
