By the time I’m finished my training session I know I’m alive, my stress levels are down and I’m ready to face the week. Fantastic!
I love my sessions with Sandi as she is always highly motivating, fun, upbeat and positive. She is my ‘accountability factor’ every week, which keeps me focused about the exercise that I complete outside of my sessions with her. Both Sandi and Shane have created a very warm, friendly atmosphere in their training studio and I feel very privileged to be part of the Body Mechanics family!
A Healthy Lifestyle
Their knowledge of all aspects of fitness and health gives you plenty of confidence that you are not subject to a simple prescribed formula. Your individual circumstances are always part of any programme that helps you achieve what’s wanted.
A healthy lifestyle, that has now extended to endurance cycling and longer distance triathlons.
Sandi’s ability to motivate, educate and achieve results in a professional manner, is inspiring. Her knowledge of physical training and dietary requirements shaved 25kg’s off my frame.
I have always been very impressed with how much thought and research is put into my exercise prescription, and how effective the programmes have been.
I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and commitment as a training duo.
A Great Sense of Well Being!
After my last session I realised that I have gained so much more than I had originally expected…not only did I feel healthy and fit now but I also had such a great sense of empowerment and utter amazement at just what I was actually capable of.
Sandi is the lady who came along when I didn’t know I needed her, who persevered with my questions, refusals, mistakes, joys and obsessions, and has made such a difference to my life and to my aspirations.
400km Road Race and 24 Hour Mountain Bike Race.
From the outset I was impressed with Shane’s enthusiasm and professionalism.
It was easy to trust in what he was saying. His detailed nutrition plan, flexibility and strength techniques gave me tremendous confidence leading into the event. This
helped me ignore the self-doubt.
I managed to finish 3rd in the road race, and first in the mountain bike race.
